Greetings everyone, we've just sent out all the Backerkit surveys to gather your information and give you options to add-on to your orders. If you don't receive your survey or lose the email, you can use this link:  Backerkit Recovery Page 

As always you can also email us at [email protected] with any questions. 

We'll keep the Backerkit open until April 30th before we lock orders. There are many, many add-ons: all the books in the Monster Series, Game Master handbooks, notebooks, t-shirts, etc. 

In the meantime we're hard at work designing the last monsters and working on the text! We usually update at least once a month after this point. Thanks for coming on the journey.

Backerkit Coming Soon

Hey everyone, thanks for coming on this journey. We're finishing up the Backerkit survey right now and it should be ready soon. You'll get to look at add-on items and give us your shipping information. 

Kickstarter is still finalizing the pledges will let us know the actual total pledged shortly. At this point, a number of pledges didn't go through. This will likely mean that we won't be able to unlock the Endsheets Stretch Goal. 

Once we've sent out the Backerkit we'll get back to designing monsters and finishing the text.

Thank you to all 878 backers! This is our biggest Kickstarter yet! We are inspired to make our best book yet!

Here's a general summary for the next steps:

• Kickstarter will verify pledges. This whole process can take two weeks
• We'll look to see if we can unlock the third Stretch Goal. It was very close
• In the meantime, we'll begin setting up the Backerkit. You'll receive a survey (through Backerkit) that will gather detailed info and give you access to a selection of add-ons
• After the Backerkit is finished, we'll email all the older PDFs
• Our design team and editors will soon begin working on designing some more monsters and doing the text. 120 monsters will be spread across seven regions
• After the text is done, Gordon will get to work on the layout
• Once we have the layout complete, we'll bring in Travis to do the art. Although he is involved in the initial design process as well
• Then the book goes back to the Gordon and the editors for the final touches

Second Stretch Goal Unlocked! More Monsters!

Thanks for coming on the ride! We did it! The extra monsters Stretch Goal is unlocked! 20 more monsters!!! There is still time to unlock more!

Thanks to Pat, Dan, Michael, Adam, and Tim for joining us online last night. Our second monster tournament for the Kickstarter was a blast! Once again Tim came out as the winner, this time with the tank known as the Undead Mammoth. The video for the first event is on an earlier update, we'll post the new one (and results) soon.

48 Hours to go! Let's do this!

Greetings to our generous backers! Here we are, fully funded and in the stretch drive! The 48 hour alert is about to go out and we hope to welcome many new backers. Our first Stretch Goal to add two PC subclasses has been unlocked. This book will already be the biggest yet, let's add more monsters and more art! 

Monster of the Day

Here's another creature from the Desert Region, the Arthrop. These odd humanoids will be part of the unique sandscape in the book. 

Recommended Project

Metis Media* are creating ambient music themes and custom soundtracks. (*Metis from Greek Mythology). Their Kickstarter is called Musicorum Dei:  RPG Music Kickstarter 

If we unlock all the Stretch Goals, we'll add an additional goal for a wilderness theme song from Metis Media for all backers.
